   By using the BASS web application (hereafter referred to as “the application”), you agree that CoreUs LLC and its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the application or any services provided by it. CoreUs LLC assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided by the application, and you agree to use this information at your own risk.

2. No Warranty
   The application and any services provided by it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CoreUs LLC does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the web application or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

3. Intellectual Property
   All content, features, and functionality of the application, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of CoreUs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the application, its content, or any services provided by it without express written permission from CoreUs LLC.

4. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoreUs LLC and its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of the application, your violation of any term of this legal disclaimer, or your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation, any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

5. Governing Law
   This legal disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the application or this legal disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington State.

By using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this legal disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use BASS.
