Enterprise / Custom software
Proven Track Record Building Custom Enterprise Grade Software
Scheduling, intake, referrals, documentation, billing workflow; the operational core of organizations where getting it wrong has consequences. We've built one that a government health authority certified, and we support it in production.
ENGINEERED FOR COMPLIANCE
A different regulatory regime than yours which is the point. We engineered to a standard we had to learn. We built it, we run it, and we still support it in production.
PROVINCIAL CERTIFICATION
Certified as an EMR by Santé Québec, Quebec's provincial health authority. Bilingual, clinical-grade, in production today.
Ordinary software fails and someone files a ticket. Software that runs a regulated operation fails differently, a rejected certification, a failed audit, a record that can't be produced when a regulator asks for it, or a workflow that puts a compliance obligation in the wrong hands. The cost of getting it wrong isn't a delay. It's the licence to operate.
Building to that standard is a different discipline than building software that merely works. It means the audit trail is designed in, not added later. It means data handling is a requirement, not a preference. It means building every decision around a certification you haven't faced yet because retrofitting compliance into a working system is how projects die.
We've done it. We engineered a clinical platform for a bilingual regulated market from the ground up, built for certification from the first line of code and Santé Québec certified it. It runs a real practice every day, and the people who built it will be the people who build yours.
A DIFFERENT STANDARD
Regulated software doesn't fail quietly

OPERATIONAL METHODOLOGY
Built with you. Not thrown over a wall.
Small, focused teams, working close to the people who'll actually use what we build. No account managers. No handoff to a team that's never met you. No six-month requirements phase before you see anything real.
01
Actual Workflow First
We start with your actual daily operational workflow, not an abstract or idealized feature list.
02
Working Software Early
You see and test real, working code early and often throughout the cycle.
03
Continuous Delivery
Incremental features delivered at your pace, always adding value.
04
Ongoing Support
We'll help ensure smooth running solutions in your environment
HOW TO START
Engagement steps
STEP 01
Discovery in two to four weeks
We work through your operation, your constraints, and your compliance obligations, and we deliver something you own and can act on: a technical architecture, a phased delivery plan, and a fixed price for the first phase. If you take it to another firm, it'll still be useful. That's the point — you shouldn't have to bet six figures to find out whether a plan is sound.
STEP 02
First phase: fixed price, working software
We build the piece that carries the most risk or unlocks the most value, and you're using it before you commit to the rest.
STEP 03
Onward, or not
Some engagements continue into further phases. Some don't need to. We'd rather you stop because the problem's solved than continue because you're locked in.
Discovery engagements are $15,000–$25,000 depending on scope. If that's well outside what you had in mind, we'd rather tell you now than after three meetings.
LET'S TALK
Start with a discovery engagement
If you've got a deadline, an audit, a failed implementation, or a process that's outgrown what it's running on, tell us about it. During discovery we work to understand your needs, explore integrations, and build you a prototype. You'll hear back from the person who scoped the work, and you'll get a straight answer about whether we're the right team.
